Derek is the first of the three to start working at Pipe Connections. Derek is a Veteran who served in the US Army. Derek served in 3 combat deployments to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division. After his military stint Derek got back into the construction industry. During that time, he married his now wife, had two great kids, and they started their family right here in Center Harbor NH. In 2008 he decided to go back to school for business management with a passion to one day manage his own business. He ended up working for a couple large Industrial and construction supply companies which led him to taking the job at Pipe Connections.  Soon after he started, he took on the roll of General Manager. From there he knew he wanted to build a team that was dependable and trustworthy, for Derek that was hiring Family. Over the next couple of years both of his brother in-laws came on board. Once the team was in place, they moved forward with the purchase of the business in Dec of 2019 and have not looked back since. When Derek is not at work you can find him spending quality time with his family or donating his time to the local youth sports leagues. Derek works on two boards of directors, one with Lakes Region Flag Football League and the other with the Inter-Lakes Moultonborough Middle School Tackle Football Program. He also coaches for both programs

Neil was the 2nd of the three to come on board and has been with the company since early 2017. Neil is also a Center Harbor resident with a wife and 4 kids. Neil is our do it all guy, whether it is sales, deliveries, or keeping the place organized, he likes to keep his hand in just about everything. Neil brings many years of experience in the landscaping and construction fields. He works hard to ensure every customer receives the product requested and they receive it in a timely manner. When Neil is not at work, you can find him spending quality time with his family or working around his house.

In early 2018, Kevin became the third family member to come aboard. He is also a Center Harbor resident with his wife and 3 kids. Kevin also brings many years of landscape and construction experience to the company. His biggest value has come from his time at UPS working as a delivery driver. Kevin made it his role and goal to ensure every delivery is accurate and on time.  When not delivering product to customers, he is at the sales desk helping customers. When not at work you can find Kevin spending quality time with his family. Kevin also donates his off time to local youth sports leagues coaching many teams.
